It looks like your picture is stored in your Webmail account. My *guess* is that since your account is password protected, you can't use the URL to display it properly in Blogger. You might need to download the picture to a computer and then upload it to your Blogger account.
You can go to the Posting tab in your Blogger account and edit your original post with the bad link to your picture, if you want to.

when I open my blog, my photo doesn't show up!
